You can select your desired delivery date at the checkout, however, due to the current circumstances, courier companies are overwhelmed, and cannot 100% guarantee nominated day delivery, therefore we recommend selecting delivery of the balloons for the day prior to account for any delays.

Couriers are no longer asking customers to sign their handheld units and instead the drivers will sign it on their behalf. We will record the consignee's name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. With this new process, you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels. This now forms our proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice.

Due to the size of our balloons we prefer to securely deliver each arrangement to ensure each delivery is received ina perfect state.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Can I Change the Delivery Address?

Of course! We want to make it as easy for you as possible and will certainly change the delivery address if you pop us an email or give us a call. Please note, once the item has been dispatched any changes to the delivery address will incur a 24-hour delay on your item.

Can I Return My Items?

We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I Select a Delivery Date?

At the final stage of the checkout, you will be able to choose the delivery date for your products. We advise that you have the items delivered the day before you need them to be on the extra-safe side!

Can I Send My Balloons To A Venue?

Magicbubblelloons can ship to any UK Mainland address; however, we always advise that you let the venue know that the balloons are arriving. Please check whether the venue recommends any specific delivery instructions for your addressing label. If the item is signed for on the date chosen, we are unable to provide a refund should the venue misplace them.

Caring For Your Balloon

Our Inflated Balloons last for up to 5 days depending on how the balloons are stored. Our balloons are designed for display and not to be used as a toy. The balloons need to be stored at room temperature in order to be in the best condition possible. You can leave these in or outside the delivery box however, we will always advise double-checking the products when they arrive to ensure you are happy with them.

Some balloons, such as our Number & Character packages, arrive on multiple weights so that they can be displayed individually. This may result in the ribbons getting tangled during transit and can be easily separated once out of their box. We're unable to provide refunds for tangled ribbons.

Can I Customise My Balloons?

You are welcome to personalise a range of our inflated Bubbles, Orbz and Marblez. The customise feature on our website is designed to give a representation of how your chosen wording could potentially look on our balloons. Our team will always use their extensive experience to generate the personalisation in the most effective way for the size, shape and layout of the balloon and your wording. MagicBubblelloons reserves the right for the creative license over all of its products. No refunds, discounts or compensation are available for the personalisation differing from that shown within the customise box.

Data Protection

Due to Data Protection, we're unable to discuss orders (including who the item is from, resends or faulty items) with the recipient if they are not also the billable customer. For any queries regarding the order you've received, please have the billable customer get in contact with us.

Do You Work with Charities?

We are regularly contacted with charitable requests and as much as we'd love to support every worthy cause, sadly it's not always feasible. We have a number of charities who we work with on an ongoing basis, as well as doing all we can to support the one-off requests we receive. Please send any charity requests to our contact us page.

My Item Was Faulty

Due to the nature of our products, sometimes they may arrive not looking as intended. All of our balloons are created by hand by a team of incredibly professional and passionate balloon ninjas who don't allow any items to leave our studio unless they are absolutely perfect. Should your balloons end up damaged in transit, please email us a picture of your product within 1 hour of its arrival and we'll do all we can to rectify.

As our products are perishable, we're unable to issue discounts or refunds if an image of the faulty item isn't provided within 1 hour of arrival.

The Recipient Wasn't Home

Whilst we understand that sending a gift is ideally to be a surprise, we do suggest that you let your recipient know that they have a parcel coming so they can let you know if they will be available to sign for the gift. If they are not at home the courier will reattempt delivery the following day. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue any delivery charge refunds if the recipient is not at home.

When Are You Open?

We're an online business only so cannot provide balloons for walk-in customers. We are a small family run business so sadly cannot staff our office 24 / 7, but we are here Monday to Friday between 9 am – 5:30 pm and happy to help!

Will the product I receive be the exact same as the photo?

Photos listed in our website and social media accounts are for reference only. Most of our products are very similar to the ones in the photos but we reserve the right to slightly modify it for a better, more impactful result or to better match the theme or occasion of your celebration.

For how long can I expect the balloons to float?

We use only the best quality materials, and we add products that make balloons last longer. However, balloons life depend greatly on how they are manage and the conditions where they are at. Most balloons will float for 48h indoors. Balloons that are air filled can last from 1 week to a month if there is no direct sun-light or heating anything stressing it. These times don't apply to balloons outdoors.

Is there a floating time guarantee?

We guarantee that we will deliver the balloons in good conditions, but float times are not guaranteed. Helium-filled latex balloon float times may vary depending on the size and style. Each product listing includes the estimated float time for that particular arrangement in the description. When ordering balloons, we recommend scheduling the delivery on the day of your event. Cold air, hot air, high humidity, changing barometric pressure, high altitudes, and moving air from fans and vents will reduce balloon float times. Changing conditions mean that on some balloons may float for only one day, and on other occasions the same balloons may float for several.
